160 King Street, Great Yarmouth

160 King Street dates from the 17th century and is the only surviving example of timber-framed building in the urban area of the town. As such, it is a building of great historic and architectural significance. The building fabric was painstakingly unpicked and repaired before work to facilitate restaurant use on the ground floor with residential accommodation above was undertaken. A two storey apartment for rent sits over the ground floor commercial space now fitted out as a café.
