Co-op Department Store Redevelopment

Jeremy Stacey Architects were commission by Great Yarmouth Borough council to carry out a feasibility study to find a new use for the empty Co-operative department store in the Market Place in 2013. Possible uses were explored including an indoor market stalls and retail units, annexation by the adjoining primary school and use by Yarmouth College.
